Shop Manager

A Manager is the hardest working managers in the industry and are well compensated for their results. Each Store Manager spends most of their time on the shop floor working with their crew and customers to ensure that the best procedures and customer service are given to each customer. Our Category of One style operations challenge our managers to give an “oil change that makes you smile”. As well as knowing and performing each step of the service, our managers maintain strict customer service, accounting and operational responsibilities. Store Managers are also tasked with developing and promoting employees from within as part of their Legacy. These skills are taught these tasks through blended learning of hands on, computer based and observed training by the top training team in the industry.
